Haynes manual

Hi guys, Im wanting to get a Haynes manual for my defender, looked online and the one that keeps cropping up is the 1983-2007 up to 56 registration diesel, now as mine is an 07 reg would this be the right one for me to get?

The one you're looking at covers up to td5 which is more important than its age

If yours is a Tdci, Haynes have not published a manual for it yet. I got a copy of the genuine Landrover manual on a cd off ebay for a couple of quid. Its a bit of a fuss to use, to find the page you need, but the info is top notch once found. Keep meaning to get a paper copy but not got round to it yet.

Drives me nuts.my Haynes all that flicking from chapter to chapter to do one fecking task!!! Grrrrr

Haynes arent the best manual for a landrover, tbh. One of these might be better. For yours, at any rate, doesnt go as late as OPs.

I have the 90/110 version of the same thing. Good quality reprint of the full landrover workshop manual, you cant go wrong!

I've got the relevant pdf's that I need but there is always something satisfying about having a book out with you and you don't need to worry about getting grubby fingers on your laptop keyboard.

Cheers guys for the info, ordered a manual off ebay but will now try and cancel it.
