Yes.
Disconnect the battery first. - have a supply of rags on hand and possibly a container to put the pump/filter assembly in.
Access 'hatch' beneath the seat squab. Under the screw on plate cover, you'll need a large plate blade screw driver to turn that locking ring - tapping it with a mallet - hammer...

The removed pump, filter and gauge sender always holds an amount of fuel when lifted out. As above, place in container and keep vertical until removed and you can tilt to drain.
