Look at the part number.
QFK000070 is the RHS.
QFK000080 is the LHS.

That's OK. I had to look at the parts catalogue for reference too. Oddly they don't specify a side on the complete assembly, but they are handed. The actual track rods are handed, as are the track rod ends. The threaded adjuster isn't handed, but is swapped over end to end, depending on the side it's fitted too. It's actually quite clever, almost Japanese (Honda) in design, but then that's not the only Jap element to find it's way into the Freelander.

Well that's it ordered now I am back to the job I have been desperately avoiding, removing the old one. It should be easier now I have those torx spanners, I am hoping one of those with a scaffold bar for extra umph, through the hole behind the wheel should do the trick
