Hello everyone,

I had the pleasure of driving a 2001 Defender 110 for work a few months ago and have fallen in love with the idea of owning a beast.
I think it’ll fit well with me as I’m into climbing and mountaineering and want to take it to the next level.
I’m going to be looking for a Landy that I can take to wales and Scotland (so decent MPG) and also be able to live in the the back of it while I’m out there.

Would be awesome for some advice and to get to know all you lovely people.

Been wanting to pursue this dream for a while now.

Welcome
I would say get a disco if your going to be doing miles in it & stop at the local YHA ;)
Better than sleeping in a motor with cold kit
Good luck

YHA...
Youth hostel association
They are some nice ones. Search YHA most are shared rooms/bunk houses but they are clean & people that use them are like minded.
Normally use these when mountain biking. Parking on the snowdon 1 can be a pain as they don’t have a dedicated car park.

Welcome to the forum
