EAS Pump - choice of Fleabay kit?

EAS pump is running a lot now. Needs doing I think.

I want to refurbish in one hit, so is it wise to get a repair kit with a new liner, or does the team think that just the new piston seal will do it?
So which current Fleabay kit is best bet? any caveats?

And do motor brush kits exist? I thought I might do them as a matter of course.....
I've seen Wammers thread yonks back that takes us to Anglo Carbon - that's helpful, but not an immediate source.
Any suggestions?

Do the full kit with liner, not heard of problems with the brushes.

Cylinder, piston seal, exhaust O'ring and reset reed valves if required.

I've had stuff off P38Symilise and also 3u2 on the bay of E. Both were fine. Think 3u2 is also known as www.LRspareparts.com

Indeedy. The pump is running no more often than it has in the past, but it is running for longer when does, thus I suspect the pump.

I'll have a good old poke around while I'm there and familiarise myself with it all, redesigning it properly *again* and then not doing anything about it....

Have you got a Nanocom? If so take a trace. Pump should be running less than a third of the journey time. Try a run of at least 15 minutes.

I've just stripped down a clapped out compressor. The bushes were substantial and in top class nick . As somebody else said.....never heard of probs with the bushes.

Tis definitely less than 1/3.
For my standard weekend runs the pump runtime has increased maybe 50%.
