drivers manual

can someone let me know where i can get a manual from. I have got the service book but need need the drivers one. All your help would be welcome. I need to do a lot of work on my R reg Disco as it had been standing for a long time before i got it. all help would be appreciated as at 62 the mind is willing but the body has had it, to put it nicely.
