Discovery td5 2004 heavy clutch

Hi there this is my first post and needs some help.
My 2004 discovery td5 has a very heavy clutch which with an ankle issue is not good can I make it easier to use?

@Big dawg - this is the intro bit - do a bit of an intro, with some pics of your LR - then ask your question in the disco technical section .....

Being helpful, LR clutches are heavy.... mine is an auto for this reason.... However, SWMBO's is a manual ( horrid thing ) and I fitted a clutch servo to sort it:-
