Hi LandyZone,

Thank you for all your help in the past.

Today when I driving home after buying some firewood I was going over a mildly rough Road and I noticed that everytime I put my foot on the brake the 'Differential lock warning light' was coming on. Then as soon as I take my foot off the brake pedal the light goes off again.

This makes me think that it isn't a actually the diff, but more of an electrical thing. But then again, I know nothing!

What do you think?
Thanks guys

Now come to think of it. I usually see my brake lights reflecting in a window behind my garage. I didn't see them this time. A blown fuse is probably the cause of the warning light.

I wonder what caused it to go

Classic symptom of blown brake lamp fuse, i have the feeling that your brake lamps are not working, replace fuse F25 under dash, if it's not blown we'll speak then

I replaced the fuse and the lights worked again. But when I was on another rough Road the fuse blew again. I have changed it 3 times now. When the car shakes a wire somewhere must touch something else and short out. Any ideas in where I should start looking?

I've drilled a little hole in the high level brake light shroud so I can see it in the mirror. I did this after carrying out the simple SVS fix as that depends on the brake switch working.
