Defender high capacity rear light guards

Does anyone have rear light guards on their high capacity and what experience do you have with them as mine kept getting smashed by cattle

I had genuine ones on my got bent once or twice throwing logs into the back when loading. Not sure how well they would have stood up to cattle, they have plastic clips for hinges. There are mesh type ones on ebay.

Thanks ive seen the mesh ones but would like to hear someones experience with them
