Defender doors leaking horrendously

The felt weather seals on the bottom of the windows seem fine, but there is large amounts of water coming into the car now the door cards have been removed due to having to replace the door handles. The door cards prevented all the water going into the foot wells but then the doors filled up with water, is there any seals that should be replaced ?

Hope someone can help, I know old landys leak but not like this!!!
