D4 servicing

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and have recently purchased a 2013 d4 (92k)

I've been reading online and as far as I can see the d3 2.7 cambelt is due at 96k and the d4 cambelts are due at 106k, is this correct?

Hi

D3 belts are due every 105,000 miles or 7 x years , 2.7 TDV6
D4 belts are due every 112,000 miles or 7 x years 3.0 TDV6

Rear belt isn’t timed on the D3 but it is on the 3.0 D4

Of course don’t forget the oil pump should always be replaced at the same time

thank you for this information.

How much would you expect it to cost in an independent Land Rover specialist?

Also I'm going to book a full service this week, is there anything specific I should ask them to check or have done? (The vehicle has full service history and is due a service now)

Ur very welcome , allow around £1k , if u check the following link out , it may have a mechanics in ur area

It’s a great place for information , plus u know the mechanics will be cheaper and won’t rip u off , they have a great reputation, failing that a garage will be recommend that is trusted

Introduce ur self there and post up a thread to see if someone is near u to do the belts for u , they also do servicing
