carpet..diy??

not for a defender but for suffix a range rover, but cant imagine p38 owners etc make their own carpets...

thats not saying you lot are tight..lol

ok..no idea why txt is here??and not to the left??

want to make carpet set for my 2 door, templates are no problem as is cutting, but anyone edged carpet with say vinly to stop it unravelling and to make it look good??if so how??

If you have access to a sewing machine with a walking foot it's definitely doable. My 'project' will have a one-off canvas which I'll make. It isn't brain surgery and you can do most of it indoors, which is always a treat when working on cars.

I'd use leather for binding. Nicer to sew and looks far better.
