hi all
My defender got broke into last night, back door.lots of tools inside but only a few missing, the most worrying is the locking nut key has gone .
I'm sure they would have taken the landrover if it hadn't got the disk lock,Clutchclaw ect on

I am yes, ordered new lock nuts but will worry until I get them on,I'm sure they would have taken it if it wasn't for deterrents

There is hardly any sign of damage to the lock ,is that normal ? It was deffo locked but they've got in with no real damage to the lock ,it's just a bit stiff now to lock/unlock now

Happy days from the sounds of it..... how are you going to get the old lock nuts off ? LR locks aren't the best I don't think many tools which target the lock which would have a problem with them.

When my locking wheel nut remover went missing, my local tyre place removed them in seconds, they had a tool which will remove any nut.

I'm thinking of putting on some of the shielded padlocks security on back doors.has anybody fitted these to their landy? I would like opinions before I go drilling holes in doors ect
