I love the way their persistent yet misguided banner keeps popping up at the top of this thread! This whole section dedicated to them seems to be a tirade of thread after thread about how they have ****ed their customers over!!!
 
It's disgusting, etc, I hope you get sorted Red, and I sincerely hope they get the boot off here. :mad:
 
Looks like I'll be giving Bikesure AKA ADRIAN FLUX a call to ask why the **** I had no renewal on my bike and if I get a fine from DVLA I'll be even less impressed as it ran out on 12/04/2012 (not that I'll be paying fine)

To say I'm ****ed off about it doesn't begin to put it into words

probably cause they cancelled your policy a couple of weeks after you took it out and forgot to tell ya :D

No I have a certificate, checked emails and they emailed in 2011 and **** all after that, certainly **** all through post and no phone calls either.

Unless it is ridiculously cheap and they get their **** together-I'll be asking for no claims proof and telling them to **** off.

As far as I'm aware no money taken either- I think a trip to the ombudsman is in order unless when I speak to them they have something positive to say.
