The air suspension is about 4 cm lower on the left side than the right side, what could this be? And how could I fix it? On the 4x4 screen it does show, but a tiny bit

First question is what car are you talking about?
It's possible that there is a leaking airspring.
It's possible that there is a leaking airspring.
You'll need diagnostics - it's probably an air bag going south, or it could be the height sensor, or the wiring / connections of it.....
Diagnostics are pretty much essential....

It may need the ride heights recalibrated, using diagnostics you can check the figures being reported by the height sensors and see if any are wildly out of the norm, but a recalibration would be my first choice and see if that one corner continues to play up.....if it does, it could be a leak.
