I have RR 1988 efi; I think my air flow meter is knackered, the engine will start and tick over ok, but I cant bring up the revs the engine will only rev to a max of 1500 revs, when revving the engine from inside the engine bay, I can see the air intake pulling towards the engine as I up the revs, the car was running ok up until it back fired, on lpg, this has happened before but after replacing all pipes blown off she would run ok again, I took off the air flow meter and looking from the front end I can see a flap inside, this flap will only move about ½ an inched in total. As the engine ticks over fine but struggles when trying to rev up it appears to me that the air flow meter is not allowing enough air through, Can any one help
