air con story continues

me again. took my td4 back to stealer(ford garage)today to let them check air con, reckon they checked everthin..gas, compressor etc, they now say it's the fans(the two hangin on the rad).any ideas,could they be rite? .sounds spensive to me but under warranty .the story continues next week..........

good news, aircon working . those nice men at ford garage have made me a happy chappy, all probs sorted, aircon fixed, handbrake adjusted, brakelight bulb replaced, all done under warranty , roll on summer . Just one more thing i think i'm starting a love hate thing with it, had a 1.8 petrol for 2 yrs loved it (did cost nearly a grand in repairs!!), but really loved it. now i've got this td4 not sure if it will be the same .anyone shared the same experience?...... ps is a bog standard td4 any good offroad?(just thinkin about it, never tried it.....pps i'm not a hairdresser...

as long as you are not into extreme off roading, it should cope well, my td4 auto has behaved pretty well off road so far, green lanes, rocky trails, muddy fields and building sites to name but a few adventures we have had together...
