A-Bar

Does anyone know where I can buy a Freelander TD4 (facelift model)
A-Bar, stainless steel type or does anyone know why they say the earlier one will not fit the facelift model. Can they be adopted to fit?

Not sure where you can get one, search ebay and the net.

Early one wont fit cos the bumper is a different shape.

Try Bearmach...Dunno why youd wanna adopt one....at least if ya adopt a kid you can train it to cook and clean

Lol anyway ****ed off thrawling the internet and ebay looking for one that fits the facelift model. It appears that its just not available.

Just had a fink on this...Since new laws came into force on fitting to 2007+ cars it also made it illegal to advertise them for other models (dont think it was illegal to sell them (somat like selling cigs in europe )...we know they do...they know they do you just have to ask... Bought mine just before xmasbefore ruling came in and was having probs finding one advertised then....couple of quick calls and there it was....other thing to do is get in touch with DAP inc in US (sure they sold them) and with weak dollar should be cheaper than in UK

I found the LandRover one which is not available here, part number vub501350, on a US site but unfortunately was quoted $800 for shipping to Ireland ............. Ouchhhhhhh!
