Now I was just going to mercilessly slate that, but not sure about LRs, I'll have to think about it.

Anyway, for normal cars, the extra drag of opening the windows is about the same as the air-con. So doesn't make that much difference.

Of course, if you only open the windows at slow speed, or your car is shaped like a brick, wind resistance might not be affected as much.
