3.5 efi rocker cover gaskets

The rocker gaskets need changing quite desparately - I've got a new set but wondered how involved it is.

The left bank looks pretty easy but the right looks like you have to remove the intake plenum. Is it possible to do them without removing a lot of other parts? It looks like they're only held in by screws round the outside edge but wanted to check before I get stuck in.
 
Changed them last night...just as it was starting to get dark.

Had to loosen the intake plenum off and remove the MAF and air filter assembly. Didn't take long (couple hours) and it looks like it's sorted. Only trouble was someone previous mechanic has rounded off one of the screws that holds the rocker cover down - in one of the more inaccessuble areas. No problem for impact driver and a massive hammer....
