200tdi blower motor

I have a 94 disco 200tdi with aircon. The aircon works fine but when switched to heater the blower motor stops and I get a strong burning smell sugesting there is a seperate blower motor that is siezed. Does anyone know if this is the case and if so how do I get to it as I can see it ?????????????

sounds to me your have to take the dash off and replace the blower

my mates is the same so far we have learnt that the 200 and 300 are NOT the same and its hard to find 1 for the 200tdi i will be fitting it in the next few days i have been told you need to take the dash out and others have said u dont need to soooo...i will soon find out lol the garage down the road wonted £200 for fitting it so am guessing its prob dash out so if i was u if u get 1 i would fit it yourself !

Also I have just broken a 300 for parts but kept the blower motor just in case does anyone know if it will fit the 200?
