2004 L322 Lambda fault on bank 1 and 2

I'm getting a Lambda fault on bank 1 and 2
oxygen sensor aging fault downstream bank 1

I changed the the O2 sensor on the passenger side and error still apprears. What could be wrong?

What is the exact fault logged....??

Bank 1 and 2 are the two sides of the engine, so changing one will not correct the other....

P1171 System too lean. Bank A & Bank B
P0021 Intake Camshaft Position Timing-Over-Advance (Bank 2)

Also the throttle body has 4 inch C-shape hose coming out the side of it which sucks air. I'm not she what connects to it.

I think your issue is that 4" pipe....your results show it is too lean, as such it is sucking in to much air that is unmetered by the MAF sensor.

Can you post a photo of this pipe?

When the o2 sensors start screaming I always go to the maf sensor. ****e going in, ****e coming out.

Looks to be the Secondary Air Injection Vacuum Pipe....it should go under the throttle body to something under there.....

You can see it in the very bottom of this photo from mine a while ago....

If this is sucking in un-metered air it will through lean faults and Lambda control faults as the engine is getting air the MAF doesn't know about.

I see the hose has another hose inside it. I don't recall seeing that smaller hose. I will take another look.

I think found the connection to the secondary hose. but now I'm getting
Lambda control adaption fault bank 1.
DM-TL small leak (1.0mm).
Camshaft sensor bank 2. I put a new one on and it still comes back on.
