110 Headlight Problem !!!

Hi everyone,

Problem with the headlights not working, the fuse blows normally within a minute of turning them on went through 4 fuses tonight on the way home and only got home on sidelights (could drive with sidelights on but as soon as I turned the headlights on total darkness).

The headlight flash isn’t working either, to late now to go through every fuse but something is amiss so any thoughts would be appreciated, need to get it sorted out tomorrow.

Poor earth on the inner wing or broken block connector.

Probably a stupid question but what is a broken block connector?

A block connector is the pieces of plastic that contain several connectors. A broken one is one that is fubar'd!

Should this happen on an 08MY ?

And yes i know it has happened!

my mystic ball is being cleaned but anything's possible. I'd search out the earths first and check they're good, otherwise it might just be a loose connector in the block. make friends with the multimeter

Yep will do, my multimeter and I haven’t been talking of late, we just don’t understand each other, ruddy electrics.
