Hard Brakes??

Took the pipe off and put my hand on the end of it,stuck to my hand.
I dropped the rubber in to the vacuum servo unit,fished it back out with a bit of wire and discovered about 3 inches of oil in the bottom?

You need to be getting the oil out of there and fit a new vac pump me thinks, and make sure the one way valve in the pipe is working too.

One way valve is working and pump appears to be working if it is sticking to my hand?

May not be enough suck, maybe test a known good one on another Disco

Fixed
New pump on and now have brakes that lock the wheels up.
Thanks for eveyones help!

you should also change the servo if it has oil in it.

I Syphoned the oil out best i can but for the cost of £80 i think i will stick a new one on!.
Didnt realise how bad the brakes were before doing all this.
