Thanks Andy. thats a load off my mind. The chap I bought off is having the read Propshaft serviced and Balanced then it will be returned to the local garage to be fitted with rear bearings? Hopefully the end of next week I will have it on the road. cheers mate

Thanks gstuart. All the words of wisdom do help and as a consequence I have decided Not to buy the D3 and instead I"ve bought a 2005 Freelander 3 Door Sport Auto. There was no way I going on for 83 years of age could do anything except watch someone else do all the hard work. Cheers
