rear door wheel carrier busted

the frames cracked inside the door so toying with the idea of having the frame welded,sticking a chequer plate over the rear door and bolting it back on i have also ordered new hinge bolts as there a bit shagged my question is can the frame inside the door be fixed with welding or is it scrap? when my phone is working will take some pickies

I hope it's ok, cause I had the same problem and I welded mine

Still haven't got the plate to cover it yet

mine has cracked at the top of the frame really want to use it if possible as i use the 110 as my work van i dont want the spare wheel inside the van and sticking it on the bonnet will be a pita making it heavy to lift

Mine was cracked at the top and in several joints, I reckon once I've put chequer plate on I will be solid

Use angle brackets inside the door where the frame meets the toprail..

took some piccies of the cracks in the frame on the second piccy its cracked out of site just under the black bar,is the ally skin supposed to be detached from the frame?

Can you not just sort the door, then fit a swingaway carrier, that way you'll take all the stress of your repaired door
