when i bought my defender i noticed a small hole in the passenger side floor matt i could see outside through it so i opened the bonnet and had a closer look and i seen a much bigger hole where the previous owner must have been doing some shooting inside the defender ha ha , anyway i stripped her and fixed it during the week heres some pics

Looks like some nice welding there, and I like the fact that you've ground it down so that it's flat. No one would even know it'd been repaired.
