Cheers Guys....
Not looking forward to taking the Starter Motor out, that looks like a bit of a pig of a job!
Whilst I'd love a facility like that all to myself to work on the cars, it is one of our workshops at work....
I am being cheeky and 'borrowing' part of it for the work!....also we have an Aircraft Hydraulic Service and Control Rig that has to be shipped to Cardiff Airport as an emergency tomorrow so I said if I can use the Workshop, I'll be around to wait for the lorry to arrive and load it so you don't have to put your hand in yer pocket for some OT.....deal said the boss!!

Why is nothing simple????
Starter is out, that was a faff, but none to bad to be honest....not looking forward to putting it back on!
Sump is off......
Just cracking off the main bearing cross bolts, and there is one at the front of the engine that was hidden behind the oil filter...no bother, filter off....BUT THE FECKING THING IS STILL TRAPPED BEHIND THE FILTER BOWL ON THE FRONT COVER...AAARRRGGGHHHHHH
Fecking front cover is going to have to come off AGAIN,!!!!
