Hi folks,
I have just had the O/S door seal (body side) replaced on my Discovery 4 SDV6 HSE 2014 and it has come back with the interior door sill flapping around. There do not seem to be any clips for the retaining tabs to fit into, my question is does any one know what they should clip into? I have managed to find a part number and description:

IPN500090 CLIP - SILL TRIM & BOOT INTERIOR SIDE TRIM RETAINER

Can anyone confirm whether this is actually what I need or not please?

Thanks in advance.

What part did they change?
The door aperture seal on the body or a seal on the door shell?
Not sure what the "interior door sill" part is, do you mean the sill panel cover.

I should have said thank you for your reply just now! Thanks for taking the time to respond. I do not know the name of the part, thats the problem. It may be the sill panel cover, it goes over the rubber seal on the body so you can step on it. I'll attach a pic. Thanks

I would call it a tread plate but I dare say Land Rover will call it something else.
Maybe the garage can post you a couple of clips if not local.
The trim should have a part number on it, Google it, it may help with locating the correct fixings.
It may well be the correct clip you listed. That would need to push onto a plastic tag on the underneath of the tread plate, then push the tread plate onto the body.
If you turn it over you may see where the clip originally went.

Yes, thats about as far as I got. I can see the tabs & recesses for them. I can't turn it over without removing loads more as it runs into the rear passenger footwell too. 🙄
I'll keep trying! Thanks for your suggestions. 👍
